* AT 929 PM CDT…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS MUCH OF WEST CENTRAL IOWA WITH UP TO TWO INCHES
OF RAIN HAVING ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN
SHORTLY. AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR TWO OR RAIN IS POSSIBLE THROUGH 11
