* TIMING…BITTERLY COLD TEMPERATURES MOVE IN TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.

* WINDS…NORTHWEST WINDS OF 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH TONIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING.

* TEMPERATURES/WIND CHILL VALUES…TEMPERATURES WILL PLUMMET INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO AND WIND CHILL VALUES AS COLD AS 30 BELOW ZERO ARE EXPECTED OVERNIGHT TONIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING.
