Officials with the Audubon Police Department report the arrest on Wednesday, of an Audubon teen on a theft charge. 16-year old Larry Lee Rix was charged with Theft in the 5th Degree. His case will be handled by the Juvenile Court System. And, on Monday, officers with the Audubon Police Dept. arrested 46-year old Chancey Amos Frazier, of Des Moines, on an outstanding warrant charging him with Domestic Abuse Causing Injury – 2nd offense.  Frazier was being held at the Audubon County Jail, pending an appearance before a magistrate.
