HARRISBURG, SD (A-P) — Authorities in Lincoln County, South Dakota,  have arrested a southwest Iowa teenager in connection with the alleged rape of a 12-year-old girl in Harrisburg, S.D. The unidentified teen was arrested Friday evening, and was being held at a juvenile detention facility until a court appearance could be scheduled. His bond was set at $25,000 cash.

A 20-year-old Sioux Falls man, Elizeo Kalimba, was earlier charged with rape and child pornography in the case. His bail was set at $25,000 cash. He will enter a plea later. Authorities were still looking for a third man believed to have been involved. Obadiah Loyira, 19, is wanted on rape and child pornography charges. He is not considered a threat to the public.
