Sheriff’s officials in Adams County say an Omaha man was arrested Saturday evening. 50-year old Terry Studey was taken into custody just before 6-p.m., on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated (OWI). The arrest occured after an investigation that began after authorities received a call to assist a Park Officer with a situation that took place at Lake Icaria.
