Scalloped Corn (4-10-12)

Mom's Tips

  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 package corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients except cheese.  Pour into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.  Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.  Sprinkle cheese on top.  Bake 20 minutes more.
