ROBERT W. LEACH, 73, of Council Bluffs died Wednesday, April 4th at his home.   Graveside services for Robert W. Leach will be held on Monday, April 9th at 2:00 p.m. in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Oakland.  The Cutler-O’Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home in Council Bluffs has the arrangements.
