* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rives, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Rainfall amounts of around 2-4" have fallen with previous storms Saturday evening. Additional incoming rainfall of 1-4", with locally higher amounts possible, may lead to increasing flood chances through the overnight hours.
