(Glenwood, IA) – The Glenwood Police Department reports an 18-year-old woman from Glenwood was arrested last week on drug and other charges. Madison Elaine Elings was arrested April 3rd in Glenwood, on charges that include: Possession of Marijuana/1st offense; OWI/1st offense; Driving Under Suspension, and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.
And, on April 7th, Glenwood Police arrested 46-year-old Noah Christian Handley, of Glenwood, for OWI/2nd offense, and Interference with Official Acts.
