Weather Data for March 2026

(Atlantic, Iowa) – Weather data for Atlantic during the month of March, 2026 (Compiled here at KJAN – the official National Weather Service reporting site), shows that for the second month in a row, we were 12 degrees warmer than normal. The average High was 60 degrees. The average Low was 28, which was two-degree warmer than normal.

The warmest day last month 88 degrees on March 30th. The coldest mornings were on the 16th & 17th of March, when the thermometer dropped to 4 degrees.

Snowfall amounted to just nine-tenths of an inch (.90). The combined melted snow and rain amounted to 1.01-inches, which was 1.37-inches below normal for Atlantic.
