Northern Iowa coach Todd Stepsis is confident the Panthers will bounce back this week with a strong effort. UNI will open The Missouri Valley Conference football race at home this week against fourth ranked Illinois State after a 55-0 loss at Iowa. It was a loss that Stepsis called embarrasing.
Stepsis says the Panthers are motivated to show they are a more competitive team.
