The Tri-Center Softball team saw a three-win improvement from their 2025 season. They finished 10-18 overall and 3-13 in a tough Western Iowa Conference. They finished the season strong, winning four of their final seven games. The Trojans had no seniors in 2026 but were led by underclassmen. Sophomore Jillian Bulge led the team in hits and batting average with 31 hits and a .406 BA. Junior Caitlin Greiner led the Trojans on the pitching side with a 3.67 ERA and 153 strikeouts. Head Coach Chad Thompson gave his thoughts on the 2026 campaign.
