Transfers expected to boost Iowa secondary

A pair of transfers are expected to help out an Iowa secondary that lost several key players from last season. Junior Tyler Brown began his career at James Madison while sophomore Anthony Hawkins joined the Hawkeyes after playing at Villanova. They join a pair of returning starters in the secondary in junior Zach Lutmer and senior Deshaun Lee.

That’s Iowa defensive coordinator Phil Parker. He says Brown and Hawkins will benefit from summer workouts and will be ready for fall camp.
