Northern Iowa football coach Todd Stepsis believes the offense will make strides as the Panthers begin spring drills. In his first season as head coach the Panthers finished 3-9 and averaged just over 17 points per game.
Dailey appeared in nine games last season and had over a thousand yards of total offense. Stepsis says his second year of spring drills will be much different.
Last season the Panthers were a minus-9 in turnover margin and Sytepsis says they need to get that turned around.
Another difference this spring is the Panthers will be spending more time working out in the UNI-Dome.
UNI’s spring game is April 25th.
