Bowling Green transfer Cameron Pettaway is looking to carve out a role n the Iowa State backfield. The native of Michigan is coming off a freshman season at Bowling Green in which he rushed for 365 yards and had a pair of touchdown receptions. Pettaway feels his versatility is a strength.
Pettaway could also help in the return game. He returned a kickoff for a touchdown at Bowling Green and feels decision making is a big part of the return game.
Pettaway says under new offensive coordinator Tyler Roehl, the run game will be a priority.
Pettaway says tailback will be a feature in the ISU offense.
The Cyclones return to campus at the end of the week to prepare for summer workouts.
