Northern Iowa quarterback Jaxon Dailey feels the Panthers will be improved under second year coach Todd Stepsis. Dailey enters the season as the starter as UNI looks to bounce back from a 3-9 record in 2025.
Dailey passed for 823 yards and seven touchdowns last season and feels the receiving corps has upgraded since last season.
Dailey is not concerned about the pressure of being the starting quarterback.
Dailey appeared in 10 games a year ago, but not taker over as the starter until the final four games of the season.
Dailey was asked if last year’s 3-9 record is providing motivation.
