Northern Iowa football coach Todd Stepsis wants Saturday afternoon’s spring game to be competitive. It all begins in the morning in the UNI-Dome with a youth clinic.
Stepsis says the youth clinic will begin at 11:45.
Stepsis says they will come up with a scoring system for the game.
