The NCAA men’s and women’s basketball tournaments are expanding to 76 teams. For the men’s tournament it is the largest expansion since going to 64 teams in 1985.
That’s Iowa men’s coach Ben McCollum. Hawkeye women’s coach Jan Jensen says it is the latest example in a rapidly changing landscape for the sport.
