Iowa coach Ben McCollum says the Hawkeyes will be a different team for the upcoming season. The Hawkeyes lost their top three scorers, including All Big Ten guard Bennett Sturtz, from a team that finished 24-13 and made it to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament.
It is the first time in three years McCollum has not been a first year coach.
Attendace in Carver-Hawkeye Arena jumped by more than two thousand fans per home game last season and McCollum is hoping for even more progress.
