IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa volleyball team will host Texas Tech at 11 a.m. (CT) on Sept. 18 inside Xtream Arena, head coach Jim Barnes announced on Wednesday.
Due to the addition of the match with Texas Tech, the following alterations have been made to Iowa’s schedule for the Kwik Star Klassic:
Friday, Sept. 18 – Iowa vs. Texas Tech (11 a.m.)
Saturday, Sept. 19 – Iowa vs. West Florida (6 p.m.)
Sunday, Sept. 20 – Iowa vs. Central Arkansas (1 p.m.)
This will be the first meeting between the Hawkeyes and Red Raiders. During his time at Baylor and Lamar, Coach Barnes amassed an 18-5 record against Texas Tech.
2026 season tickets are on sale now. General admission ticks are $55 for adults and $35 for youth ages 18 and under. Fans can purchase season tickets here. Single match tickets will go on sale at a later date.
