Iowa football coach Kirk Ferentz says tight end Addison Ostrenga will return to the field for the start of summer workouts next month. The Wisconsin native suffered a torn Achilles tendon early in week two loss at Iowa last and missed the remainder of last season.
Ferentz says Ostrenga was working out during spring practice but not taking part in team drills.
