Iowa State linebacker Sullivan Schlimgen (shlim-gen “Hard G’) says in-state rivalries are a special part of college football. The Washington State transfer will play in the Cy-Hawk Series for the first time on Saturday night when the Cyclones collide with the 21st ranked Hawkeyes in Kinnick Stadium.
Schlimgen is a native of Sioux Falls and followed the rivalry growing up.
