Arkansas State transfer Jaylon Raynor is considered the favorite but Iowa State did not name a starting quarterback coming out of spring drills. Raynor has been competing with Oklahoma State transfer Zane Flores and sophomore holdover Connor Moberly to be the starter.
With spring over the attention now shifts to the beginning of summer workouts. The players return to campus at the end of the month.
ISU offensive coordinator Tyler Roehl says whether its quarterback or the entire offense. He likes the depth the Cyclones have.
