Iowa State offensive lineman Gabe Greenlee is trying to make up for lost time as he gets ready for his final season. Greenlee began his college career as a member of the Cyclone wrestling team before switching to football. He had not played football since he was a freshman in high school and had to start from square one.
Greenlee began his football career as a defensive lineman before switching over to offense and needed to learn how to study the game.
Greenlee admits the first couple of years were rough in practice.
As a native of Ames, Greenlee is hoping to contribute in his final season.
