Iowa freshman Jaidyn (jay-dun) Coon says summer workouts has been about adjusting to the college level. The Storm Lake native originally committed to Creighton but switched to the Hawkeyes after former Bluejays coach Greg McDermott announced his retirement.
Iowa is coming off a 24-13 record and a trip to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Tournament. Hawkeye coach Ben McCollum has put together a challenge non-conference slate for next season.
