The Iowa baseball team gets a rare opportunity to play the nation’s top ranked team when the Hawkeyes host number one UCLA in a three game Big Ten series beginning Friday afternoon. The Hawkeyes are 3-3 in the league race while the Bruins are 9-0.
That’s Iowa coach Rick Heller, who says UCLA is a combination of talent and experience.
Heller wants his team to embrace the opportunity.
The series will continue through Sunday.
