Illinois coach Brad Underwood previews Iowa

Iowa and Illinois collide Saturday in Houston for the right to play in the Final Four. The teams met once in the regular season back in early January. The Illini raced out to a 29-11 lead then held off an Iowa rally for a 75-69 victory in Iowa City. It is the 173rd meeting in a series that dates back to 1908.

That’s Illinois coach Brand Underwood, who says the Hawkeyes are a much more experienced team now than in their first meeting.

Underwood says the Hawkeyes are a more physical team right now.
