Iowa center Andrew McKeever says he is still trying to catch up when it comes to his basketball career. Lightly recruited coming out of high school, McKeever began his career at St. Mary’s of California before joining the Hawkeyes.
It was a growth spurt during COVID that prompted McKeever to switch his focus to basketball.
McKeever gives the Hawkeyes much needed size in the post and he feels Iowa’s style of play is a good fit for him.
The Hawkeyes are in the midst of summer workouts.
