Griswold/CAM Softball Ends Their Season with a Winning Record

This was the second year that Griswold and CAM School districts have combined teams. Their first year as a team they had a winning record of 25-6. They continue playing well this year and end up with another winning record of 17 wins and seven losses. Some Key players that returned from the previous year, were Keeley Kinney who led the team in hits. Kinney had 27 hits on the season with a batting average of .365. She also had a total of 29 runs and 17 RBIs. Courtney Follmann was right behind Kinney in hits as Follmann had 24 hits with a batting average of .407 and led the team in RBIs with 29 RBIs and 35 Runs. Griswold/CAM only had two pitchers this year and the sophomore Ailey Wahlert led the circle. She had 109 strikeouts with an ERA of 3.00 and a total 114 innings pitched. Keeley Kinney was the other pitcher who saw the circle this year. Kinney had an ERA of 1.15 and 35 strikeouts. She pitched a total of 18 innings.
