Atlantic Trojans Face Carroll in a Must Win Game to Make the Playoffs

The Atlantic Trojans return to their home turf at the trojan bowl this Friday for a must win game to have a chance at the playoffs. The Trojans come off a hard loss last week to Harlan 42-21. Atlantic’s offense continues to operate at a high level behind sophomore quarterback James Brauer, who has orchestrated the passing attack with 662 yards and 10 touchdown passes on 49 completions. The heart of Atlantic’s relentless offensive output is anchored by senior running back Ethan McNeal, who has put together an explosive season with 975 rushing yards and 15 rushing touchdowns on 127 carries. Out wide, junior playmaker Zander Killion serves as a primary vertical threat, hauling in 227 receiving yards and 6 receiving touchdowns to complement a dynamic Trojans attack. Defensively, the Trojans bring a physical unit featuring 391.0 total tackles, 47.5 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, and 9 forced fumbles. Head Coach Joe Brummer says the team is going to have to take every opportunity they get to win against the Tigers.

The Trojans are still focused on getting the win after last week’s loss to Harlan.

Coach Brummer talks about how both teams are going to bring the physicality for tonight’s game.
