Trojans were shutout on the road to Des Moines Christian with the score being 47 to 0. The Lions led the entire game and the defense would not give the Trojans a break. Quarterback Tate Olsen for the lions did a nice job finding the receiver last night as he ended the night with five passing touchdown. The scoring show began for the lions when Alex Derkenne had a rushing touchdown on the first offensive drive. The passing touchdowns followed ever since with Andrew Clement, Henry Gorter, Gavin Williams, Oliver Grice, and Ajay Bakke having receiving touchdowns in the first half. Jaka Newton followed with one late in the third quarter. The Trojans still had some postives from last night’s game as Brauer did a nice job moving in the pocket and throwing the long ball. The lions normally had double coverage on the receivers. especially on receiver Zander Killion. Jake Wailes was the leading rusher last night with 78 rushing yards. The lions played with a lot of physicality.

The Trojans also did not give up throughout the game.
The Trojans Traveled to Des Moines Christian for week 3 and look forward being back home next week to battle the Storm Lake Tornadoes.
