ROBERT MICHAEL “Bob” BANE, 80, of Oakland, died Friday, May 23, 2025, at his home near Oakland. Funeral services for BOB BANE will be held 2-p.m. Wed., May 28, 2025, at the Oakland United Methodist Church. Rieken-Vieth Funeral Home in Oakland is assisting the family.
Visitation with the family will be held at the Oakland UMC on Wednesday, from 1-until 2-p.m.
Interment is in the Oaklawn Cemetery.

His wife – Carole Bane, of Oakland.
His sons – Michael (Kristy) Bane, of Oakland, and Corey Bane, of Council Bluffs.
His daughter – Kimberly Bane Schwarte (David), of Oakland.
His sister – Beth Ann Najjar, of Phoenix, AZ.
5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; his sister-in-law Glenda Kunze of Persia, IA; other relatives, and friends.
