ROBERT “Bob’ JAMES, 81, of Cumberland, died Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Midlands Living Center in Council Bluffs. Celebration of Life services for BOB JAMES will be held at 2-p.m. on Monday, April 6th, at the Cumberland Community Building. Lamb Funeral Home in Massena has the arrangements.
Refreshments and fellowship will immediately follow the service.
