RALPH “FRANK” PAUL, JR., 82, of Persia, died June 30, 2026, at his home. Funeral services for RALPH PAUL, JR., will be held at 11-a.m. on Friday, July 10th, 2026, at the Shelby Methodist Church (Shelby, IA). Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Harlan has the arrangements.
Visitation at the funeral home is on Thursday, July 9th, from 5-until 7-p.m,
Burial is in the Shelby Cemetery.
