PAUL S. PETERSON, 91, of Shelby, died Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Myrtue Medical Center in Harlan. Funeral services for PAUL S. PETERSON will be held 10:30-a.m. Friday, June 12, 2026, at Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Avoca.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, June 11, from 5-until 7-p.m.
Burial is in the Shelby Cemetery.

His daughters – Brenda (Cliff) Marts, and Jean Mills, all of Shelby; Janine (Lavern) Fetzer, of Amarillo, Texas.
His son – David (Tamara) Peterson, of Clarinda.
16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
