JOHN FRANK, 84, of Fontanelle, died Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Funeral services for JOHN FRANK will be held 11-a.m. Dec. 6, 2025, at the Lamb Funeral Home in Fontanelle.
The family will greet friends on December 6, 2025, at the Lamb Funeral Home in Fontanelle from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
Burial is in the Fontanelle Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at the Lamb Funeral Home following the burial.
Memorials may be directed to the John Frank Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.

His daughters – Theresa (Mike) Hurley; Donna (Randy) Harrison; Connie (Dennis) Rillings; Darlene Davison; Debbie (Jerry) Wieseler; Doris (Kevin) Walz, and Jennifer (Brett) Welsch.
His sister – Sheryl Chapman.
Several grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
