JOE SCHMITT, age 77, of Walnut, Iowa, died Sunday, May 31, 2026 at Cass Health in Atlantic, Iowa. A Celebration of Life for JOE SCHMITT will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at the Marne Fire Station. Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Atlantic is handling the arrangements.
Private burial will be at the Brighton Township Cemetery in Marne, Iowa.
