EUGENE “GENE” FISCHER, age 88, of Atlantic, died Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Cass Health in Atlantic. A Memorial service for GENE FISCHER will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, August 03, 2026, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Atlantic. Schmidt Family Funeral Home of Atlantic has the arrangements.
A public visitation with the family will be held one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.
A luncheon will take place following the service in the fellowship hall of the church.

His sister – Barbara Burke, of Hudson, WI.
10 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
