ERIK C. JORGENSEN, 45, of Fort Collins, CO., died February 11, 2025, at his home. Celebration of Life services for ERIK JORGENSEN will be held 11-a.m. Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 16 Oaks, in Fontanelle. Lamb Funeral Home in Fontanelle is assisting the family.

The family will greet friends at 16 Oak on Saturday, May 17th, from 10-until 11-a.m.
Burial is in the Fontanelle Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at 16 Oaks following the burial.
Memorials may be directed to the Erik C. Jorgensen Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.

His children – Samuel and Edasen.
His parents – Dan (Christi) Jorgensen, and Dale (Greg) Miller Dunlap.
