AVIS MARIE MORTENSEN, 95, of Atlantic, died Aug. 30, 2025, at Allen Place Senior Living in Atlantic. Funeral services for AVIS MORTENSEN will be held at 2-p.m. on Sept. 13th, 2025, at the Central Church of Christ in Griswold. Pauley-Jones Funeral Home in Avoca has the arrangements.
The family will greet friends from 1-until 2-p.m. on Sept. 13th, at the Central Church of Christ in Griswold.
Burial is in the Shelby Cemetery.

Her son – Richard (Sue) Mortensen, of Griswold.
Her daughter – Linda (Bryan) Guy, of Atlantic.
5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
