DAVENPORT, Iowa — Officials with the Iowa Department of Corrections, today (Monday) report an inmate serving time at the Davenport Residential Corrections Facility (RCF) failed to return to the facility as required, Saturday (April 25). Glen Elliott Long is serving time for Robbery in the 1st Degree, Possession of Contraband in Correctional Institution, Sex Offender – Registration Violation, Voluntary Absence, and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, out of Scott County.
Long is a 57-year-old, 5’7″, 217-pound Black male. He was admitted to the work release facility on Jan. 14, 2026.
The Iowa Department of Corrections is seeking assistance from the public in locating Long. Anyone with information on their whereabouts is encouraged to contact local law enforcement.
