(Mount Ayr, IA) – Sheriff’s officials in Ringgold County report a woman from Decatur County was arrested last week on drug charges. Authorities say Virginia Jade Hughes, of Lamoni, was arrested at around 10:35 p.m. July 30th, for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cannabidoil/1st offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Hughes booked into the Ringgold County Jail and held on a $1,300 bond.
