(Red Oak, IA) – Sheriff’s officials in Montgomery County report a woman was arrested late Saturday night on an OWI charge. Authorities say 27-year-old Shelby Ann Nelson, of Villisca, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Highway 34, at around 10:30-p.m.
Nelson was charged with Operating While Intoxicated – 2nd Offense (An Aggravated Misdemeanor), and cited for Open Container.
She was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $2,000 bond.
