There are just 19 days until Election Day and U-S Senate candidate Ashley Hinson has kicked off a statewide bus tour. Her first stop was at Cerro Gordo County G-O-P headquarters in Mason City.
Hinson says her Democratic opponent Josh Turek is having an identity crisis.
Hinson is running for a seat currently held by outgoing Republican Senator Joni Ernst. Hinson says Democrats are targeting this race and running negative campaign ads against her in hopes of flipping majority control of the U-S Senate from Republicans to Democrats.
Turek will be in Mason City this (Thursday) evening to launch his own statewide tour.
