(Red Oak, IA) – A traffic stop Tuesday evening (June 2nd) in Montgomery County resulted in the arrest of a man from Essex. According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, 51-year-old Arthur Lee Castle was arrested a little after 7:10-p.m., in the 1300 block of Highway 34.
Castle was taken into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana/2nd offense. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond.
