(Red Oak, IA) – A traffic stop Friday night in Red Oak resulted in an arrest. Red Oak Police report officers stopped 49-year-old Monique Benae Royal, of Red Oak, at around 9:45-p.m., and upon further investigation, arrest her for OWI/1st offense.
Royal was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on a $1,000 cash or surety bond.
