(Clarinda, IA) – Clarinda Police Chief Keith Brothers reports by order of the Clarinda City Council, the south and west sides of the city square in downtown Clarinda, will be closed this Thursday, June 11th, from 3:30-until 8:30-p.m., for a Glenn Miller Public Concert.
