(Red Oak, IA) – A woman was arrested Thursday afternoon in Red Oak, on an assault charge. According to Red Oak Police, Marcia Yvonne Hopp, of Shenandoah was arrested at around 4:30 pm in the 1800 block of Summit Street, for Assault with bodily injury. Hopp was being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $1,000 bond.
