(Harlan, IA) – The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports three recent arrests:
19-year old Jakob Andrew Morris, of Harlan, was arrested Wednesday (4/29) on a Shelby County Warrant charging him with Harassment in the 3rd Degree, Possession of a Controlled Substance use in structure or Vehicle, PCS – 2nd offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Morris also received a Civil Penalty for person under 21 using tobacco/vapor product 1st offense.
Also on April 29th, 23-year old Jazlynn Leanne Robbins, of Glenwood, was arrested for a Failure to Appear on a Citation. Her bond was set at $1,000.
And, 27-year old Nicolas Ignacio Bueno Pavez, of Council Bluffs, was arrested in Shelby County, for Possession of Marijuana – 1st offense. He has since been released from the Shelby County Jail.
