(Harlan, IA) – Shelby County Sheriff’s deputies, on Wednesday (July 29th), arrested 43 year old Malcolm Shane McDonald, of Harlan. McDonald was charged with:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance – 3rd or Subsequent offense – a Class D Felony;
- Possession of Contraband in a Correctional Facility – a Class D felony;
- Keeping a premises or vehicle for Controlled Substance Violation – an aggravated misdemeanor;
- Possession of a Controlled Substance Marijuana – 3rd or subsequent office – an aggravated misdemeanor
- and a person ineligible to carry Dangerous Weapons – a serious misdemeanor.
McDonald’s Initial Appearance was set for 9 am, Thursday, August 20th.
And, 46 year old Candace Jo Kramer was arrested on Thursday, July 30th. She was charged with Driving while License is denied or Revoked – OWI related
